Children and teenagers
A yogi is a person dedicated to the practice of yoga, and the aim of Yogabuddies is to help children and teenagers, through the regular practice of yoga, to discover within their body and mind a `home` to a stillness and inspiration that gives them the strength, focus and freedom to be all that they can be.

Teachers
Yogabuddies is also `home` to a growing network of dedicated yoga teachers for children. These are qualified yoga teachers who have undertaken additional training with Yogabuddies.
`You have taught me to believe in my knowledge, to keep connected and teach what is from my heart. This is yoga in asanas, pranayama, meditation, and chanting. You have held a mirror up to me and helped me open my eyes to the wonders that I knew. My classes have changed since the course, not always in structure but definitely in joy and intent.` (Course graduate 2008)
